That this writ application is for quashing of punishment order dated 27.04.2013 passed by Respondent no.4 vide letter no.202 as contained in Annexure-7 by which the amount of gratuity and leave encashment of the petitioner has been seized and the order dated 20.12.2013 passed by Respondent no.2 as contained in Anneuxre-9 by which Appeal has been dismissed as also the enquiry report dated 04.02.2012 as contained in
Patna High Court CWJC No.18446 of 2014(2) dt.03-08-2023 2/2 Annexure-4."
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
