Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report and there is only allegation against him that he was also a member of unlawful assembly. No specific overt-act is attributed against the petitioner. Moreover, there appears to be political rivalry between the parties and both parties have lodged cases against each others. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
