Petitioner is an accused in connection with Complaint Case No. 1157C/2016 for the offence registered under Sections 323, 341, 498(A), 504, 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has never demanded dowry from the complainant. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to keep the complainant with full dignity and honour. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2019.
