JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-08-2016 Heard Sri Prabhat Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Abhay Kumar Roy, learned A.P.P. The sole petitioner who is in custody since 3.4.2016 in Piro P.S. Case No. 120 of 2016 registered for the offence under section 272/ 273 / 420 of the Indian Penal Code , section 47 (A) of the Excise Act and Section 57 of the Excise Act , which was added has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that from the dalan of the petitioner recovery of huge quantity of country made liquor was made.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34610 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 2/2 Keeping in view the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the petitioner Sanoj Sao @ Sanoj Sah be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -I, Ara / concerned court in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 120 of 2016.
