The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Gogri P.S. Case No. 157 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. It has been submitted that there is no any allegation of making firing against this petitioner. There is only allegation that petitioner was driving motorcycle. There is specific allegation of making firing on the father of the informant against Bucho Yadav and Sarjan Yadav. It is mentioned in para-3 of bail petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is allowed.
