Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.
Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Petitioner is said to have opened fire causing injury near elbow of the informant but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that scuffle took place between the parties on account of land dispute and, as a matter of fact, both parties lodged cases against each others. It is further submitted that no doubt, one injury on the person of injured was found but opinion regarding the aforesaid injury has not been collected as yet by the Investigating officer. Petitioner in jail custody since 30.5.2016 and does not have

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
