Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Nagar P.S. Case No. 293 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is nothing specific alleged against this petitioner. The specific allegation is against the co-accused Chhotu. Injury report also makes it clear that there is only one injury. Petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
