The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Karahgar (Sidhi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 13 of 2019 dated 09.01.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Excise Act. Mr. Raghunandan Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail. Should such an application be filed on behalf of the petitioner, the court below shall not be prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained and shall pass orders in accordance with law.
