18-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner is an accused in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 354 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a husband and he has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 16.01.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of ADJ - II cum
