2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are respectively father-in-law and married sister-in-law (nanad) of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation and no overt act has been alleged against these petitioners. Petitioners are separate in mess and business. Thrust of allegation is on the husband of the deceased who is in custody since 27.9.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of

No.24651 of 2024(2) dt.24-04-2024 2/2 arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Narpatganj Police Station Case No. 459 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
