The petitioner, who was driver of a truck bearing registration no. HR-55N-3221 has prayed for grant of bail. The petitioner is in custody in Mehsi P.S. Case No. 83 of 2014 since 29.5.2014 on an allegation that from the cabin of the truck which was being driven by the petitioner about 04 Quintal and 50 Kilogram of Ganja was recovered. Keeping in view huge quantity of the recovered Ganja , there is no point to consider the prayer for grant of bail. The prayer for bail stands rejected. However , considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since May, 2014 while dismissing it is
