A representation has also been made by the

2. The petitioner ought to be paid for the period that he has worked.

3. Let the petitioner represent afresh before the District Programme Officer (I.C.D.S.), Saharsa (respondent No. 6), detailing his grievances, within a period of four weeks from today, who, on receipt of the same, shall dispose it off by a reasoned order in accordance with law, within a further period of four weeks thereafter. In case, the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, necessary sequel order shall be passed within the aforesaid stipulated period.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
