2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 504, 353, 427, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 22.12.2023 at around 9:30 AM, while the informant was on inspection at Government Middle School Patahi Kanya, he found this petitioner absent from the duty so he marked him absent in the attendance register. Later, at around 2:00 PM, this petitioner entered into the office of the informant and abused and misbehaved with him. It is further alleged that the petitioner tore the documents kept on the table and threatened the informant with dire consequences.
