2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chakiya P.S. Case No. 60 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 109(1), 132 of BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have fired upon the police party and one country-made pistol and two live cartridge have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2025 and it is further submitted that the petitioner is an accused of four criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the petitioner has four criminal antecedent.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the recovery as well as antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is dismissed.
