The petitioner has sought a writ in the nature of mandamus for payment of admitted dues to the tune of Rs. 92,181/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a representation before the Vice Chancellor, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya.

In case, such a representation is filed within two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by the Vice

Patna High Court CWJC No.9103 of 2021(2) dt.04-02-2022 2/2 Chancellor within two weeks thereafter. If any amount is found due that shall be paid to the petitioner forthwith in any case not later than one week after passing of the said order. The writ petition stands disposed off.
