The petitioner seeks bail in Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No. 370/2017, instituted for the offences under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 and 29 of N.D.P.S. Act.

It is alleged that 1.625kg of Ganja has been recovered from possession of this petitioner and co-accused Md. Izehar. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 19.12.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 5th Addl. Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S.
