JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-06-2019 Mr. Ebrahim Kabir, learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent as and when vacancy for the post of a Cook arises and make a request for his induction/appointment considering the period for which he has served as a Cook in the mess. Though no direction is being issued to the concerned respondent but if the petitioner in the event of such vacancy is found to be within age and having necessary expertise in cooking may be considered for such appointment.
