Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner for redressal of his grievances had filed a representation before the respondent no.6 on 01.09.2015 but till date no order has been passed.

Considering this fact, the petitioner is directed to approach the District Program Officer, Establishment, Education Department, Muzaffarpur (respondent no.6), by filing a fresh

Patna High Court CWJC No.5966 of 2020(3) dt.08-10-2024 2/2 representation, within a period of four weeks and the respondent no.6 shall pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter. 4.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition is hereby disposed off.
