2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 51 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 302 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act, lodged on 27.01.2022 by the informant, Pankaj Kumar.

3. As per the prosecution story, lodged in the year 2022, allegation is that this petitioner is elder brother of informant's brother-in-law (deceased) along with another accused opened fire which finally resulted into his death at SubDivisional Hospital, Mahua.

4. Though learned counsel for the petitioner tried to impress upon this Court his innocence, learned State counsel has pointed out that there is direct allegation against this petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22018 of 2025(2) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 who is/was own brother of the deceased, the F.I.R. lodged in the month of January, 2022 and three years later, the anticipatory bail application.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and the allegation that has come against the petitioner, no relief can be granted.
