2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No.567 of 2024 dated 22.10.2024 for the offences punishable under Section 126 (2), 127 (2), 115 (2), 352 and 309 (4) (3) (5) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application for surrendering before the learned Court below.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within four weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would consider the same, preferably on the same day, on its own merits, without being prejudiced by the present withdrawal.
