The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,323,324,307,354,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that in the background of partition dispute the accused persons abused the daughter of the informant and on protest being made the daughter in law of the informant was assaulted when the informant came to rescue, he was also assaulted.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general. The accusation has

No.34632 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 2/2 been levelled in the background of partition dispute and injury of all the injured have been found to be simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. It is further submitted that similarly situated co accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 22124 of 2015. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura (Sirari OP) P.S. Case No.57 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
