ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 8.2.2011 by which the Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in Criminal Revision No. 06 of 2011 has affirmed the order of non-discharge dated 1.12.2010 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 251 of 2004. Considering that now charges have been framed, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter, the application stands dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the Trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21159 of 2011 dt.09-03-2015 2/2 for which reason, he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 251 of 2004, to the Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur, and the Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur, is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
