The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is alleged that accused persons asked the informant to bring a bottle of liquor but on refusal of same he was assaulted.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for occurrence of 17.06.2014 at 7.15 P.M., F.I.R. was registered on 18.06.2014 at 3.00 P.M. and it reached to the learned court below on 21.06.2014 which suggests that antedating has

Considering delayed transmission of the F.I.R., to the learned court below, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 82 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.
