JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 323, 324, 326, 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner and other coaccused is of killing the uncle of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2016.Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. As per FIR co-accused Babloo is said to have been given lathi blow on the head of the deceased and named accused took the deceased with them. Thereafter the dead body of the deceased was recovered. Except confession of the petitioner made before the police there is no other material to suggest the

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.,-IInd, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S.Case No. 132 of 2015.
