The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 355 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 75 and 82(1) of Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2015. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely because he was Secretary of the Nawality Welfare Society, Bhalar (Open Shelter), Munger. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. The allegations are of irregularity only for which the Convenor of the aforesaid Society was responsible. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 355 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
