====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2018 It is agreed between the parties that upon payment of a sum of Rs. Ten lakh the opposite party shall withdraw all the cases as also aid in getting the criminal cases quashed and further she would also aid in getting a divorce by mutual consent. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has submitted a draft of Rs. Ten lakh dated 09.11.2017 before the learned Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Buxar and the opposite party may take the said draft from the said Court since she has also put her signature on the compromise petition dated 09.11.2017.
Accordingly, it is directed that the opposite party shall appear before the learned Court of Principal Judge, Family Court,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42661 of 2014 (11) dt.19-01-2018 2/2 Buxar on 25th of January, 2018 and the said Court would hand over the draft of Rs. Ten lakh to the opposite party on the very same day since the same is going to expire in the first week of February, 2018.
The terms and conditions of the compromise shall be strictly followed by the respective parties.
In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed off.
