Petitioner being co-villager of the husband of the victim and brother-in-law(Sarhu) of the informant is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is killing the daughter of the informant after thirteen years of marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand. It is alleged that victim conveyed to her mother that she was being assaulted by in-laws including the petitioner and subsequently she was found dead. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that victim died due to the accidental burn injury and considering the death after thirteen years of marriage the parents of the husband of the victim have been granted
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34761 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 8434 of 2015. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 148 of 2014, G.R. No. 2156 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
