Two liters Tari, kept for sale, is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, for which petitioner is in jail custody since 31.05.2016. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Case No. 99C2 of 2016.
