JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-08-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). To consider the case of the petitioner for grant of First ACP (Assured Career Progression) and 2nd ACP as the same has been implemented in the Patna Municipal Corporation and has been given to the similarly situated employees of the Corporation.

(ii). To calculate the arrears of salary and retiral benefits as well as the arrears of pension after grant of 1st ACP and 2nd ACP dues to the petitioner and payment of the same.

(iii). For payment of arrears of salary for the period 1997 to October 2004 along with interest as per the direction of this Hon'ble Court dated13- 5-2014 passed in CWJC No-4341 of 2007 and analogous cases and as per the direction of this Hon'ble Court dated- 05-5-2015 passed by a

Patna High Court CWJC No.11867 of 2015(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court comprising Hon'ble The Chief Justice, Mr. J. L. Narasimha Reddy and Hon'ble Mr. J. Vikash Jain in LPA No960 2007 (The State of Bihar vs. Bhuwan). (iv) For any legal and admissible dues to be paid to the petitioner."

Considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. 3.
