JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 10-08-2016 A provisional bail application has been filed, making a prayer that as the wife of the petitioner is suffering from psychological problem, she requires to look after. A psychological problem is a permanent problem of any person but as the prosecution witnesses have been examined, the question of tampering with the evidence does not arise. As of now, this Court would grant provisional bail for ten days only and, thereafter, the petitioner will have to surrender before the court below. Accordingly, let the petitioner, namely, Abhijeet Kumar Abhinav @ Bhusi Kumar, be released on provisional bail for ten days on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Session Judge, Munger in connection with Naya Ram
