The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 11 of 2020 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 498(A)/34 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in-laws and against them there is allegation that in the absence of the husband they have ill-treated the informant and ousted her from the house.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are in-laws and not the husband of the informant, the Court is inclined to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17571 of 2020(2) dt.10-07-2020 2/2 grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 11 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
