JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-02-2017 Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Chousa P.S. Case No. 54/16 registered for offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that allegation against the petitioner is that she secured a job of teacher by producing forged documents and manipulation, however she has already been terminated from service and has not been given any money by the Government and also other similarly situated persons have already been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 14.05.2015, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 51657 of 2014 and 4759 of 2015.

Having heard both sides, considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and other similarly situated persons have already been granted anticipatory bail, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) to the satisfaction of Sri Ashok Kumar - II learned Judicial Magistrate - 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Chousa P.S. Case No. 54 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
This is further subject to condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation of case and make herself present before the police as and when required and in the event of failure on her part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, her bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
