JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-03-2015 Heard Sri Satya Prakash Parasar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shyam Bihari Singh, learned A.P.P. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Mallepur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 307, 323, 324, 325, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from both the sides F.I.Rs. were lodged. In the present case though there is allegation of assault against three named accused nothing has been alleged in respect of the petitioner save and except that he was also one of the members. It has been pleaded that the informant's side of the present case were trying to grab the land of the petitioner's side and as such dispute arose. In view of nature of accusation and the facts and

No.41268 of 2014 (2) dt.20-03-2015 2/2 circumstances of case, let the petitioner namely Bishun Yadav be enlarged on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of eight weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Mallepur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2014 under the conditions as contemplated under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
