JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-04-2019 It appears that on account of inadvertence and the statement made in paragraph nos. 2 and 24 of the bail petition, the order dated 03.04.2019 has been passed, considering as if the petition has been filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 03.04.2019 stands modified to the effect that the said order would be construed to have been passed on a petition filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail, hence as far as the last paragraph of the order dated 03.04.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 18297 of 2019 is concerned, the same stands substituted as follows:- "Considering the fact that there is specific accusation of firing against the co-accused person, namely, Uma Shankar Prasad and not against the petitioner herein, let the above named petitioner be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18297 of 2019(3) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Danapur, District-Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 899 of 2018."

The order dated 03.04.2019 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
