The sole petitioner , who is in custody since 23.5.2016 in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 105 of 2016 registered for the offence under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the case it was alleged that petitioner had stolen cattle of the informant however fact remains that petitioner was in pick up van and near pick up van the cattle of the informant was found and only on suspicion petitioner and others were

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32037 of 2016 (2) dt.16-08-2016 2/2 apprehended and petitioner is in custody.

In view of the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the petitioner Anil Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 105 of 2016.
