The petitioner being husband of the informant is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A,323,325 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The basic accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of dowry demands.
The petitioner and the informant are present in court. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue has been reconciled and both the petitioner and the informant are residing together. Learned counsel for the informant is not disputing the contention of the learned counsel for the

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No.137 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
