The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhuban P. S. Case No. 364 of 2015 registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner is a habitual offender, I am not inclined to grant him bail for the present. Accordingly, the application is rejected. Learned Jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible. In case the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within six
