JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 22-04-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Deoria P.S. Case No. 18 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 366 (A), 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the accused persons kidnapped tenyear-old daughter of the complainant. Victim girl was recovered from the house of the present petitioner. In panchayati the complainant was directed not to lodge a case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that other co-accused persons have been granted regular bail by the court

It is not a fit case for anticipatory bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
