Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had earlier approached before the District Appellate Authority, Banka vide Case No. 25 of 2015 which was allowed with a direction to the authorities concerned to lodge FIR against the fake person and appoint the petitioner on the post of teacher but till date the appointment of the petitioner on the said post has not been made. Thereafter, the petitioner has also filed application before the District Appellate Tribunal, Banka vide case No. 01 of 2020 but grievance of the petitioner has not been fulfilled.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Appellate Tribunal, Banka to disposed the Case No. 01 of 2020 within a period of three months after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
