Patna High Court L.P.A No.253 of 2025 dt.08-10-2025 2/2 The appellants have assailed the order of the learned Single Judge dated 20.02.2025 passed in CWJC No. 3127 of 2025.

2. Perusal of the relief sought in the writ petition, it is evident that it is in nature of Public Interest Litigation. No personal right of the petitioners/appellants are affected. There may be certain deviation in policy matter insofar as construction of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan. In such circumstance, remedy is of filing PIL and get interim order. On the other hand, in the present case during the pendency of the litigation Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan has already been erected and it is functioning, therefore, no interference is called for insofar as the order of the learned Single Judge dated 20.02.2025 passed in CWJC No. 3127 of 2025.

3. Accordingly, LPA stands dismissed.
