The petitioner seeks bail in Paharkatta P.S. Case No. 09/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that F.I.R. is against unknown. It is alleged that one pick-up van loaded with cut electric wire was intercepted by the police. During investigation, the police has stated that this pick-up van belongs to this petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner is not the owner of aforesaid pick-up van. Petitioner was not arrested on the spot.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57703 of 2018 (2) dt.09-10-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Kishanganj in connection with Paharkatta P.S. Case No. 09/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
