The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Prosecution case is of killing the sister of the informant after three years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that accusations are omnibus and general in nature. The petitioners are the wives of brothers of husband of the victim. The informant has lodged this case maliciously since the victim and informant are only two heirs of their

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34117 of 2015 (2) dt.24-08-2015 parents. Hence, the informant in order to grab the entire share of ancestral property lodged the present case. Considering the fact that the accusations are omnibus and general and petitioners are ladies, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 79 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
