JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For Issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the letter mo. 211(M)/East dated 6.6.14 issued by respondent no. 2 (District Deputy Collector, Establishment Aurangabad) by which the two increments of the petitioner was abolished in a disciplinary proceeding without any fault.
(ii). For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to pay the abolished increments to the petitioner forthwith."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.17325 of 2014(2) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 6.6.2014, passed by the Deputy Collector, Aurangabad, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
