The wife-petitioner has filed this petition u/s 439(2) Cr.P.C. for cancellation of bail granted to the O.P. No.2 by order dated 28.04.2015.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has filed a petition before the learned court below for cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner on 28.03.2018 but court below has not passed any order till date. Considering this fact, learned court below is directed to pass an order in accordance with law on the petition filed by the petitioner within a period of 15 days from today or on the next date, after giving ample opportunity of hearing to the party concerned.
