The sole petitioner , who is in custody since 14.4.2016 in Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 148 of 2016 registered for the offence under section 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) / 53 (C )/ 54 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act 2016 , has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on false accusation showing recovery of about four liters country made liquor the petitioner was arrested and he is rotting in jail.

No.32289 of 2016 (2) dt.19-08-2016 2/2 Keeping in view the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the petitioner Ashok Chaudhary be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari / concerned court in connection with Turkauliya P.S.
