JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 19-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted that Talat Parween who is said to be the Managing Director of the company was granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.11.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. 40134 of 2016. The informant is peon in the aforesaid company. He has no any concern in depositing or withdrawing the amount of the company; Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named in the event of surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order, in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1755 of 2017 (2) dt.19-01-2017 2/2 connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 304 of 2015, shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
