JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No.75 of 2016 for the offences instituted under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the accused persons is of committing abduction of the daughter of the informant and the informant suspects that the petitioners were also involved in the said occurrence.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21535 of 2017 (2) dt.24-05-2017 2/2 petitioners. The main allegation is against one Gautam Kumar, with whom the victim had eloped. Suspicion has been raised against the petitioners who are the villagers. Except for suspicion, there is no other substantive evidence to suggest their implication in the present case.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No.75 of 2016 (G.R.No. 2379 of 2016) on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ranjit Prasad, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur, Patna, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
