13-05-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 342, 353, 379 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code anf Section 4 / 12 of Mining Act.

3. On the alleged date and time of occurrence, when the informant alongwith other officials reached at the spot where petitioners and others were indulged in illegal mining with their Tractor and J.C.B. and when the informant and his police party tried to seize the said Tractor and J.C.B., all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners clashed with them and caused hindrance in discharge of their official duties. It is further alleged that these petitioners fled away with the seized Tractor and J.C.B.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
