Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 268, 290, 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

140 liters of toddy and other articles are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioners and some others, while they were engaged in selling toddy. However, one co-accused namely Mukesh Chaudhary, having more or less similar allegation has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.
