The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 186 of 2013, registered under sections 341, 323 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner has already been rejected by coordinate Bench of this Court vide Criminal Misc. No. 32130 of 2014 on 12.3.2015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no any reason to re-consider the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected.
